It is easy walking distance to the town centre, 10 minutes to the railway station and 40 minutes drive from junction 36 of the M6. It is close to wonderful range of restaurants-many Michelin star- and various out door activities such as golf, rock climbing, walking or for the more relaxed- a health spa that offers discount to 1 Park residents

 

1 Park Road is unique for two reasons. Firstly unlike the large hotels and conference centres that offer meeting rooms in large impersonal venues, 1 Park Road is a tranquil, personal and discrete location for sole use of a small group. We have a meeting venue that is flexible for all requirements together with a break out lounge. The room is brightly lit with natural daylight high ceilings with free Wi Fi and car parking.

 

The second unique feature is that we offer various packages that include one day and residential deals BUT also a package that includes in house expert facilitation and team building from Philip Burton one of the proprietors who is a management consultant specialising in team building and organisational development and links to an events organiser who will organise outdoor activities for your team

 

We are fully licensed and offer lunch and dinner. We have 6 luxury bed rooms with digital TVs and radio, Ipod docking stations, proper coffee and fresh milk and cafetieras
